Ingredients
8 chicken portions
1 cup of dried bread crumbs
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of alt
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 340°F (175°C).
2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme and paprika.
3. Coat each of the chicken pieces with mayonnaise.
4. Dip each chicken piece into the breadcrumb mixture until completely coated, and shake off the excess.
5. Place the coated chicken pieces on to a lightly greased baking dish and cook for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked through.
