
Ingredients
1 oz (25g) of butter
1 onion (finely diced)
3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of garam masala
1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder (the amount is subjected to the liking of the person)
14 oz (400g) of uncooked chicken (cut into cubes)
3.5 oz (100g) of tomato paste
3/4 cup of cream
Method
1. Mix all of the spices together. then add to the chicken cubes and set aside.
2. Melt the butter and fry the onion and garlic gently for 2 minutes. Add the spiced chicken and continue to fry gently for a further 5 minutes.
3. Add the tomato paste and cream and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
4. And the dish is ready!
